Office of the Attorney General Andrew Cuomo yesterday presented a serious offence or charge against the owner of an operation of collections that operated under different names in the North of Buffalo and filed civil offices to close it.
Supposedly the collectors.XML would threaten to call command officers and have sent soldier back to combat.
